Loft conversions that make efficient use of existing roof structures while creating calm, well-proportioned living spaces – in terraced, semi-detached and detached houses, including planning-sensitive contexts.
At Beche Road, an underused roof space in a Victorian terrace within a conservation area became a generous master suite, with a reworked structure for better headroom and conservation rooflights bringing in daylight. At Riverside House, consent for a loft conversion and extensions was secured in a sensitive riverside setting after an earlier refusal.
