Bespoke new-build houses for private clients, from early feasibility through to completion – each shaped by its site, planning context and brief, and approached with the same discipline as our refurbishment work.
At The Coach House, a former garage within a Cambridge conservation area made way for a compact new home with vaulted ceilings and a private courtyard. At Impington House, two wings wrap around a central courtyard, with a high-performance envelope designed to surpass current Building Regulations.

We have extensive experience securing planning permission for residential projects across Cambridge and Cambridgeshire – including conservation areas, sensitive village locations and constrained urban plots – and a 100% planning approval record to date. Our submissions are structured, clear and design-led, aligning client ambition with planning policy.
